About Davon Wade

Davon is a licensed Real Estate Professional, working with buyers, sellers and investors in the Phoenix Area. Before becoming a licensed agent and joining Linehan Real Estate, he graduated from Western Michigan with an expertise in Business Administration. The driving force when pursuing his degree was the lack of customer satisfaction and poor treatment by large business administrations. He submersed himself in the learning of the administrative process and how to engage and learn about customers’ demands and desires so that he could truly understand the client, and in turn provide a better, more meaningful experience for them.

After relocating to the Phoenix area almost 6 years ago, Davon grew and developed an intense passion for the beauty of the Arizona landscape. The Arizona Desert was a very new and intriguing environment and was very different from the Mid-West where he grew up. The captivating sunsets, beautiful mountains, desert landscape, and great community feel are a few of the things that made him want to call Arizona home. He then decided to put his skills and intense passion for helping others to work, and chose to pursue Real Estate.

Davon strives to understand his clients wants, needs and desires in their new home, and at the same time connect with them on a personal level, creating lifelong relationships. He hopes to meet many intriguing people along his Real Estate journey, and wants to leave a lasting impression with each client by helping to provide them with a home that is able to bring them great joy and happiness. 

Outside of work and family, Davon enjoys sports, socializing, and meeting the great people of Arizona. He looks forward to hearing from you soon!
